What does DeepSlate do?

DeepSlate is a voice AI model—not a platform or a ready-made phone assistant. We provide the model to companies so that they can integrate voice AI directly into their own systems.

How does DeepSlate ensure data protection?

DeepSlate ensures that no data is passed on to third parties. All components are developed in-house and run on our own servers in Germany – without cooperation with third-party providers. Alternatively, DeepSlate can be operated directly on your own hardware – this way, all data remains completely within your company.

Do I need my own TTS or other software to use DeepSlate?

No. The DeepSlate model does not require TTS or STT, as it works with native audio. DeepSlate is an all-in-one solution and can function completely independently. If necessary, it can be integrated into your existing systems (e.g., CRM systems) to retrieve or enter data during a call.

Do I need technical expertise to integrate DeepSlate?
